In September 1995, Professor Tang Yijie and Professor Yue Daiyun were invited by College of France to deliver lectures for one month in France. They asked the author to attend a meeting held by FPH in Swiss. The theme of the meeting is “Mutual Cultural Recognition: China-France Transcultural Dialogue Plan”. That is the starting point of my journey of transcultural studies. We have been travelling in and outside of China for 21 years. Apart from participation, I also take down notes hoping those great volunteers leaving vivid historical details in the transcultural studies. Under the Blue Sky is unfinished yet.
